Below, you’ll find important details and guidelines for your stay:

Rental Agreement

By confirming this booking, you agree to a short-term rental agreement in line with Booking.com’s Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified below.

We understand that every guest has unique preferences, so if you feel our terms and conditions aren’t the right fit for your stay, no problem at all! Simply let us know within 24 hours of receiving this message, and we’ll gladly accept your booking cancellation without any cost.

Villa Policies:

• Check-in & Check-out: Please adhere to the scheduled times to help us provide the best experience for all guests. Delays may incur additional charges for staff waiting time.

• Villa Condition: We kindly ask that you leave the villa as you found it. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra services are required.

Additional Costs (Not Included in the Price):

• Electricity & Gas: Based on market rates at the time of your stay (approximately €0.39/kWh for electricity and €1.35/mc for gas).

• The villa features adjustable lighting, air conditioning, and heating for your comfort. During colder months, the villa may require pre-heating due to its spaciousness (500 sqm) and stone walls. Let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure a warm welcome.

• Firewood: €30 for approximately 100kg. Firewood is available for our fireplaces, brick oven, and BBQ, with payment based on usage.

• Pets: €20 per pet per day.

• Bed Sheets & Towels: €6 per guest.

• Cleaning Fee: €150 per booking, plus €10 per guest beyond six guests.

• Tourist Tax: €2 per person (aged 15+) per night.

• Security Deposit: €300 (stays up to 10 days) or €700 (stays over 10 days), payable in cash upon arrival and refunded upon departure, provided no damage is found.

Sustainability:

To promote fairness and environmental sustainability, electricity, gas, and firewood costs are calculated based on your actual usage during the stay. Your mindful consumption helps conserve resources and protect our planet.
