Nestled on a hilltop, the Villa offers stunning views of the valley and the surrounding countryside, including a breathtaking sunset over Mount Cetona. Some of the most special views can be enjoyed from the Swimming Pool (Length 15mt x Wide 7mt & Deep 1,2-2,0mt). The swimming pool area is quite spacious for all of the guests to sunbathe on comfortable pool loungers as well as enjoy Wi-Fi and listen some music connecting your device, indulge on a fresh drink from the fridge.
Gather in the spacious kitchen and dining room, the heart of an Italian house, where delicious meals are prepared and memories are made. With four fireplaces and multiple living rooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax or share and gather together. Enjoy the pool table, or find peace and quiet in one of the many private spaces throughout the house.
With room for up to 12+1 guests, the Villa has room for more than a family and group of friends all wanting to be together without sacrificing privacy and comfort. In the main floor a master bedroom with “en suite“ bathroom has a unique mezzanine bed (+1) for a kid or young adult. On the same floor, the “hobbies room” becomes a master bedroom with “en suite” bathroom if we switch the sofa into a bed. Upstairs in addition to a fireplace and a living room with do have 2 master bedrooms with “en suite” bathrooms and 2 double rooms (single beds) and bathroom.
