Rental Guidelines

These guidelines describe how a stay at Villa Parrano is arranged, from booking through departure. They are designed to keep every stay clear, well-organised, and easy to enjoy.

Rental Agreement

By confirming a booking, guests agree to the short-term rental terms applicable to the property, in line with the platform through which the reservation is made, unless otherwise specified in writing.

If anything does not meet your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours of confirmation and we will be happy to review your booking or offer cancellation.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

These times allow us to prepare the villa with care between guests. Flexible arrangements may be possible depending on availability. All arrival and departure details are coordinated in advance with our on-site team.

Who We Welcome

Villa Parrano is designed for families, couples, and small groups seeking privacy and a quiet environment. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on request.

We are not suited to young adult groups under 25.

Care of the Villa

The villa is a private home, and guests are asked to treat it with care and respect.

At departure, we kindly ask that the house is left in a reasonable condition. Any extraordinary cleaning may be charged accordingly.

Additional Costs

Each booking includes exclusive use of the villa and its grounds. A small number of services may be charged separately to ensure fair and transparent use depending on the season and group size.

These include utilities, firewood, linens, cleaning, and local tourist tax. Full details are always available upon request and are confirmed clearly at the time of booking.

Utilities are based on actual consumption, allowing guests full flexibility in how they use the house and its facilities.

Sustainability

Energy, firewood, and other resources are used thoughtfully and in line with the character of the property.

This approach ensures fairness across stays and naturally supports a more mindful use of the house and its surroundings.
