Villa Parrano is more than just a holiday home, it is part of our family’s story and has belonged to us for generations. We have been coming here since childhood, and it still holds the same magic today. We are four siblings in total, and each of us has left a piece of ourselves within these walls.

The building has ancient roots: it was originally part of the Castle of Parrano estate, whose origins date back to the early Middle Ages, around the year 1000. Over the centuries, it has been expanded and transformed, with parts of the current structure likely dating to the 1600s.

Inside, you’ll find furnishings carefully chosen by my mother: a blend of family heirlooms and treasures discovered over the years at antique markets. Every item has been placed with a sense of harmony between authenticity and modern comfort.

Outside, the view over the valley and Mount Cetona is a scene that changes with the light of the day, culminating in breathtaking sunsets that paint the hills in gold and crimson. The swimming pool (15 x 7 meters, depth 1.2 to 3 meters) is the heart of summer here, complete with loungers, Wi-Fi, music, and a fridge for cool drinks. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a wood-fired oven and BBQ, perfect for long convivial evenings.

The villa accommodates up to 12+1 guests:

• A master bedroom with a mezzanine bed (+1) for a child or young adult

• A “hobbies room” convertible into a master bedroom with en suite bathroom

• Two upstairs master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms

• Two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom

Indoors, the kitchen and dining room are the heart of the home, complemented by four fireplaces, multiple living rooms, and a pool table. The spaces allow you to be together without sacrificing privacy.

For an authentic Italian experience, you can book our private Chef, who will prepare pizza, pasta, and traditional dinners right at the villa. The villa is equipped with a reliable Wi-Fi network covering the entire property for everyday use, plus a dedicated high-speed Starlink connection (100 Mb/s) upstairs, ideal for work, streaming, or staying connected with ease.
